POLIPOLEN(Polyethylene) is a plastic
with a very high moleculer weight. As the moleculer
chain is long, it is highly resistant agains wear&tear.
In compliance with the Sand Slurry wearing test
conducted in accordance with the relevant DIN
standards, POLIPOLEN has the highest resistance
against wear&tear among all known 1000 class solid
materials(steel,wood and other plastics etc.)
Polyetylenes are
classified as follows.
-PE 1000 ultra high moleculer weight
polyethylene:those having a moleculer weight in
excess of 3 milliion g/mol.
-PE 500 polyethylenes with a moleculer weight in
excess of 500.000 g/mol
-PE 300 and high density polyethylenes
-Low density poloyethylenes

Uses
In conveyor systems of coal depots, chain
conveyor guides, bucket elevators, electrical power
stations, cement, lime, foot articles industries,cutting
and chopping plates, chopping blocks, conveyor
screws,slip compenents, flat guides, profiles, reels,
star and screw conveyors, for elevator systems, shoe
line guide, slipping bearings, transmission gears,
engine reduction plates,stop valves,closure lapels,acid
pumps,filters etc.
